I stayed here for over night.
In the early morning, I drove into San Diego.
I couldn't find an accessible, parking available nice coffee shop. I ended up spending the day at a McDonald's.
I found a nice coffee shop today, and spent the whole day here.

I met Keith, a co-worker, for lunch. After work I pointed the Jeep north.
I overnighted here.
It's the weekend!
I met Alan and Melissa at their beautiful horse ranch.
Alice and I had a great, albeit short, visit.
I visited Olive and had lunch and stayed overnight.
I drove up to Visalia and found a nice church, then up to Elk Grove.
I visited visited old friends Rick and Kathy.
I'll be staying with Randy and Lenka and their adult children for a few days and working here.
On my last day in Rocklin, we went into Old Sacramento for lunch.
Aftwards, we visited the California State Capitol building.
These are my friends Vera, Lenka, and Randy.
I went to Lincoln for dinner with Steve, Deanna, Pat and Ron, and then Ron rode with me to his house.

Nevada City and Grass Valley were the towns of my youth, going to high school in Grass Valley.

Its's time for a Jeep run.
The New Year's Day Snow Run was a lot of fun. This is going up Pliocene Ridge Road.
The snow here was about 4' deep.
The final travel day has arrived. it is now time for the last 525 miles marathon drive home. I started fairly early in the morning. Breakfast was in Redding.
My Shasta is coming into view.
